What to Expect
Lylewood retreats offer a refreshing weekend away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Retreats begin on Friday afternoon with check-in from 5-7 pm and conclude with pick-up on Sunday at 10 am.
Each day is packed with Bible-based learning through daily Bible studies, singing, and worship, alongside a variety of activities designed to enhance the lessons and deepen the impact of each topic.
At Lylewood, there’s no shortage of fun! Enjoy basketball, volleyball, campfires, hikes, and plenty of time hanging out with friends. Plus, indulge in delicious meals that bring everyone together.
Lylewood is a special place filled with fun, love, and great food. We can’t wait to see you soon at camp!

Your camp fee covers all costs associated with attending camp, including meals, snacks, lodging, crafts, and all activities your camper will participate in.
Camp Costs
Each retreat has a flat fee of $65, which covers all meals, activities, and crafts for each camper.
At Lylewood, we are committed to ensuring that every camper has the opportunity to learn about the Word of God. Frequently Asked Questions

Registration is your first stop at camp! During this time, you’ll check in your camper, meet our staff, get answers to any last-minute questions, and help your camper get settled into their cabin.
Registration takes place on Friday from 5:00 to 7:00 PM.
Please note that registration will not begin before 5:00 PM, as our staff will be preparing the camp and finalizing setup. We kindly ask that you do not arrive early.
Camp activities will officially begin at 7:00 PM with dinner, at which time all cabins will be cleared for the start of our activities.

Camp will conclude at 10:00 AM on Sunday with worhsip on the hill. All parents are welcome to join us for worship on Sunday morning before pick-up. We ask that all campers be picked up promptly at dismissal time to help ensure a smooth and timely checkout for everyone.
Thank you for helping us wrap up the week safely and efficiently!
What payment methods do you accept?
Our online registration platform accepts credit cards and ACH transfers, and offers payment plan options for those who register early.
If you prefer to pay by check, please reach out to us at contact@lylewood.org — we’ll be happy to assist you with the process!
What if we can not afford camp?
At Lylewood, we believe every child should have the opportunity to experience camp and hear the Gospel —regardless of financial circumstances. We are proud to offer a sponsorship program for families in need, and it’s our policy to never turn a child away due to financial hardship.
If you need assistance sending your camper to camp, please contact us at contact@lylewood.org. We’re more than happy to help through our sponsorship fund.
If you would like to support this mission, donations to the sponsorship fund are always welcome. You can give online or mail a check with a note indicating it’s for the sponsorship fund. Your generosity helps make camp possible for every child!
What if my camper has medications?
Lylewood assigns a dedicated staff member to manage all camper medications during each camp session. This trained individual ensures that every camper receives their medication at the appropriate times each day and provides assistance with a range of medical needs — from bug bites to minor cuts and scrapes.
If your camper requires medication during their stay, all medications must be brought to camp in clearly labeled prescription bottles. Please also provide written instructions detailing dosage and administration times. This helps our staff safely and accurately care for your child’s medical needs.
